David M. Yen, MD, FAAO/HNS, FACS

David M. Yen, M.D. completed his ear, nose and throat residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and is Board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Yen is a native of Allentown, having graduated as Valedictorian and a National Merit Scholar from William Allen High School. Dr. Yen graduated Suma Cum Laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa at Georgetown University. He received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania school of medicine.

Dr. Yen is Chief of the otolaryngology (ENT) section at St. Luke’s Hospital network. He also serves on the St. Luke’s network’s medical staff executive committee.

Dr. Yen and his wife, Lisa, have three children and reside in Bethlehem.

Robert C. Hunsicker, MD, FAAO/HNS, FACS

Robert C. Hunsicker, M.D. is senior partner and founding physician of Bethlehem Ear, Nose and Throat Associates. He completed his ear, nose and throat training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and is Board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Hunsicker is a native of Allentown, having graduated from Parkland High School, Franklin and Marshall College, and Hahnemann Medical School.

Dr. Hunsicker has served for eight years on the St. Luke’s Hospital network corporate Board of Trustees. He is a former Chief of the ENT section as well as a former president of the Northampton County Medical Society.

Dr. Hunsicker remains active in several nonprofit community organizations. He and his wife, Jeanne, have five children, seven grandchildren and reside in Bethlehem.

 

Jose I. Uribe, MD, FAAO/HNS, FACS

Jose Uribe, M.D. has completed his ear, nose and throat residency at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City in 2008.

Dr. Uribe initially completed a residency in otolaryngology (ENT) at the Hospital of Universitario de Ignacio in Bogotá, Colombia. Dr. Uribe maintained a private practice in otolaryngology in Colombia from 1991 through 2000. He then brought his family to America and completed a three year research fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center prior to beginning his residency training there.

Dr. Uribe has a particular interest in surgery to improve cosmetic imperfections of the nose (rhinoplasty).

Dr. Uribe and his wife, Maria, have two lovely daughters.

David M. Brown, M.D.

Dr. David Brown is a board certified otolaryngologist (ear, nose and throat doctor) who recently completed his training at the University of Chicago Hospitals. Dr. Brown is currently seeing patients in our Quakertown and Bethlehem offices. 

 Dr. Brown is originally from the Lehigh Valley and has returned to serve our community. Dr. Brown's practice is open to all aspects of adult and pediatric ear, nose and throat disorders. He resides in Coopersburg with his wife and young son.

Narges Mazloom, D.O.

Dr. Mazloom has extensive training in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the ears, nose and throat as well as facial plastic surgery. Dr. Mazloom has a special interest in all aspects of facial plastics including facial augmentation and wrinkle reduction. She also specializes in allergy testing and treatment. 

 

 

Vanessa Heimbach, PA-C

Vanessa is an outstanding and caring physician’s assistant, having graduated with a Master’s Degree from DeSales University, magna cum laude in 2004.

Vanessa is a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Physician’s Assistants, The American Academy of Physician’s Assistants, and The Society of Physician’s Assistants in Otolaryngology.

Vanessa is a native of the Lehigh Valley, having graduated from Bethlehem Catholic High School. She has been practicing with Bethlehem Ear, Nose and Throat Associates since 2005. She and her husband, Ron, have a son and reside in Bethlehem.

Michelle Yost, PA-C

Michelle graduated with a Master’s Degree from DeSales University in 2010. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Michelle graduated from Fleetwood Area High School in Berks County, PA. She has been practicing with Bethlehem Ear, Nose and Throat Associates (a Service Line of Specialty Physician Associates) since 2010. She and her husband Chris currently reside in Blandon, PA.

Anne M. Hank, M.S., CCC-A

Anne Hank is an audiologist with over 10 years of experience. She received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Bloomsburg University. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and holds a Pennsylvania license.

Anne enjoys all aspects of audiology and has had extensive pediatric experience.

Anne is a native of the Lehigh Valley, graduating from Nazareth High School. She resides in Nazareth with her high school sweetheart/husband, Brian.

Denise Moll, MA, CCC-A

Denise Moll is an Audiologist with over 20 years experience. She received her B.S. from Kutztown University and her M.A. from Temple University. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and has a Pennsylvania Audiology License. She has expertise in the areas of hearing aid evaluations and fittings as well as audiological testing.

Denise is married with two children. Her hobbies include spending time with her dog, gardening, and traveling to Walt Disney World with her family.

Linda Dallas, M Ed

Linda Dallas is an Audiologist certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association and a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, with over 20 years experience. She has a Pennsylvania Audiology License. She received her B.S. from Bloomsburg University and her M.Ed. From James Madison University in Virginia. She has special expertise in pediatric audiology and infant hearing, balance disorders, and tinnitus .

Linda, her husband, and daughter enjoy hiking, biking, and fly fishing.
